Hardware is included to mount the plate to your slide (5/40x1/4) and mounting screws for the optic to the plate (6/32x3/8). Please read disclaimer:
Optic body can vary in depth where the screws go to attach the optic to the plate. We suggest that you confirm with the optic mounted on the plate before you mount the plate to the slide that the screws are flush with the bottom of the plate. If not they will need to be trimmed ever so slightly to allow trouble free operation. Blue 243 loctite is recommended and we suggest 9/10 inch lbs.
